PAYMENT TERMS

CLAIMS & COMPLAINTS (REKLAMATION)
If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact us as soon as possible — no later than 3 years from the date of delivery. According to Swedish consumer law, you must notify us within a reasonable time after discovering the issue (within 2 months is generally considered acceptable).

To make a claim, email hello@bycherilee.com and include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photo documentation. If your claim is approved, we will cover return shipping and offer a replacement, repair, or full refund in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
